Xtralogic Remote Desktop Client for Android enables you to connect to your Windows computers across the Internet from a mobile device powered by Google Android platform. Once connected, it gives you mouse and keyboard control over your computer while showing you everything that's happening on the screen. You can leave your computer without losing access to your files, applications, and e-mail. Xtralogic Remote Desktop Client is using Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). All the necessary server components are already part of most versions of the Windows operating system (except Home varieties).

LogMeIn has officially pulled the curtain back on their LogMeIn Ignition app for Android handsets. Available in the Android Market for a one-time $29.99 fee, the app provides one-touch access to files and apps stored on PCs and Macs. Anything you can do at your computer can now be done away from the computer. Users can troubleshoot problems with computers from the road, access critical files, and work as if they were in front of the desktop. It should be noted that LogMeIn Ignition works on Android phones running 1.5 or higher and is available in over a dozen countries around the world.

TeamViewer Free is the Android mobile client for the TeamViewer service. If you are using the app/service for non-commercial, personal reasons, then it is free. For commercial and/or business, however, you’ll need a license. As far as I could tell, the Android app will work with either version, depending on how your account is set up.

RemoteDroid turns your phone into a wireless keyboard and mouse with touchpad, using your own wireless network. It's an application for phones and tablets running Google's Android operating system.
As long as you have access to a wireless connection, you can benefit from this app. On your computer you have to go to www.remotedroid.net, and download and run the server program. After you start the server software, all the information you need to setup your phone is displayed right there. You open RemoteDroid on your phone, input the IP address into the box that pops up, click connect, and your connected. It’s very simple. It’s even easier than I’m making it sound here!
